About the Department
The Department of Orthodontics is dedicated to excellence in academic training, clinical care, research, and community service in accordance with the standards prescribed by the National Dental Commission (NDC). The department provides comprehensive education and clinical exposure to undergraduate students, enabling them to develop proficiency in the diagnosis, prevention, interception, and correction of malocclusion and dentofacial deformities.
The department is equipped with modern infrastructure, advanced diagnostic facilities, and state-of-the-art orthodontic equipment to deliver evidence-based treatment using contemporary orthodontic techniques. Comprehensive patient care is provided through preventive, interceptive, corrective, and multidisciplinary orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
